Essential and universal Principles of High Performance Organizations underlie all the standards, activities, and processes of the Academic Quality Improvement Program, and also constitute the values to which AQIP itself aspires organizationally: | Focus | Involvement
| | Leadership | Learning | | People | Collaboration | | Agility | Foresight | | Information | Integrity | Research and experience indicates that a culture of such common values permeates colleges and universities that achieve a truly systematic approach to continuous quality improvement. Consequently, in striving for improvement as a continuous quality learning college, CVTC will focus on embracing and exhibiting these important values in every effort and endeavor.
